We have an internal specialist herbal tonic for piles called PileLess Tonic. This contains all the most important herbs for the symptoms and treatment of piles – the circulation, the bowel (for digestion to prevent constipation and sluggish bowel) and any bleeding. Hello Alan, I’ve still got some PileLess and Slippery Elm and marshmallow powder which are awesome for my piles and diverticulitis, but i need some more.
