I completed the whole programme! I didn’t go into this with eagerness! I was petrified! But I consulted Alan in his clinic and he gave me confidence. It has been a 3 year nightmare journey of pain and digestive upsets. I didn’t want the orthodox knife – that’s all they offered. During this journey I have learnt so much about nutrition and the poison of sugar and carbs (thank you Alan). I did the 3 weeks preparation and followed the guidelines set out in the Herbactive leaflet with encouragement from Alan. I am 63 but have a strong will. I found the drinking the olive oil followed by grapefruit juice very difficult, but I had no choice (this or the knife). I did it, it wasn’t easy, but i passed many stones, marble size. In fact, leading up to the Flush I passed several stones just because I’d been taking the gallstone tonic and wormless and liver detox tonics. I felt drained at the end of the Flush day. And when I reported this to Alan, I asked him for a badge, just to say well done! I feel proud of myself. I will follow this up with taking the GallStoneLess Tonic once daily as Alan advises, so that the stones don’t form again.
