I meant to tell you, the relief that cream has given my shoulder is brilliant, it’s still stiff but the pain is dramatically reduced. It’s so good I have started applying it to my knee which was in agony and the swelling in my knee went down!! I was thinking about using it on my hands but at the rate will need a bigger tub!! Whatever that herb is you added it seems to really do the trick.
